Yes — full refund up to 7 days before work begins, 50% refund within 7 days, scheduling changes free of charge with 48 hours notice.
Do you invoice instead of taking card payment?
Yes. Email us before checkout and we'll raise a standard invoice with 30-day terms. Stripe Checkout also supports direct-invoice capture.
Can you tailor a package to our estate?
Small variations (your specific CRM, a different industry angle) are included. Larger customisations move the engagement into bespoke territory — start with the contact form.
What about confidentiality?
